Program Analyst

Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst at the GG-13 grade level responisble for advanced research and development projects in support of Naval Intelligence activities. Responsibilities You will evaluate system performance requirements and conduct analysis and trade studies of proposals related to maritime sensor technology. You will oversee feasibility studies for design, fabrication, testing and certification of systems under development or undergoing improvements. You will determine technical feasibility and level of effort required to complete projects, and monitor and evaluate cost and schedule of system development projects. You will apply functional experience in project management, budget execution, engineering principles, and system operations to support mission objectives.
