Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings (BAH) has a potential need for a Program Analyst to support Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) and 4th Marine Logistics in New Orleans, LA.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Collect and compile Lessons Learned from geographically dispersed Marine Reserve units across the country

+ Coach and mentor units in After Action Report (AAR) production and best practices

+ Capture mobilization and demobilization Lessons Learned to improve future activation cycles

+ Support Reserve training events, annual training periods, and drill weekends to observe and collect Lessons Learned

+ Coordinate with 4th Marine Division units and Marine Forces Reserve (MARFO...
