Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is: To perform as an Information Related Capability (IRC) employment strategist, operational analyst, and advisor to the Commander on Geographic Combatant Command IRC planning, coordination, employment, and assessment activities required for meeting NORAD and USNORTHCOM objectives in the information environment (IE). For the purpose of this document, IRC responsibilities are limited to Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Operations Security (OPSEC), Military Deception (MILDEC), and Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO).
