PROGRAM ANALYST (GLOBAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER)

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (GLOBAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER) in the Operations (OP) Contingency Engineering (OPA) Division of NAVFAC OSF. Responsibilities You will serve as a Global Portfolio Manager who analyzes and executes life cycle management duties (planning, execution, closure) in support of the assigned Security Cooperation and Security Assistance programs. You will facilitate periodic reviews with the team, vendors, higher headquarters, counterparts, functional activities, other supporting agencies, and foreign representatives to provide program status, progress, and forecast reports. You will coordinate priority of efforts with the NAVFAC internal stakeholders as required.
