Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYLST (FLEET INDIVIDUAL TRAINING) in the DIRECTOR, MARITIME HEADQUARTERS, FLT PERS DEVELOPMENT & ALLOCATION DIV of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND. Responsibilities You will serve as a program analyst for the Programming and resourcing branch of the USFF N1T/RRL directorate. You will develop, review, priorities, and integrate Fleet individual training requirements for submission to OPNAV’s POM (cycle) process. You will facilitate Fleet participation in the POM Student Input Plan (SIP) development. You will serve as a financial analyst for the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) account. You will be responsible for developing phasing plans for the budge year, tracking the obligation and execution of funds in execution, generating funding documents to commit funds for contracting actions.
