PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the RANGES/TRGETS OPS/INSTRMTN & LABS GROUP/ CHINA LAKE RANGES/FUTURE CAPABILITIES OFFICE of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will lead diverse, cross-functional matrixed teams including chief engineers, technical leads, and support staff to ensure project execution aligns with the Master Range Strategy and broader organizational mission objectives. You will drive these cross-functional teams and holds them accountable for meeting critical schedule, performance, and budget commitments. You will be responsible for directing the preparation and execution of high-visibility program and milestone events.
