Program Analyst

As a Program Analyst, you will manage end‑to‑end activities post‑selection through off‑boarding while building strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, vendors, and contractors. You will ensure smooth onboarding, assignment management, compliance, and operational excellence within the VMS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Program Lead/Specialist.
• Provide backend operational support including updates to hiring managers, cost centers, end dates, and customer‑defined fields in the VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN, etc.).
• Enter new contractor profiles and manage contract extensions.
• Conduct contractor onboarding/orientation.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors, and security to ensure all paperwork is completed pre‑ and post‑assignment.
• Ensure timely closure of work orders and notify security for off‑boarding.
