PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Planning, Design, & Construction Directorate of NAVFAC NORTHWEST. Responsibilities You will monitor project funds by maintaining and loading control information on all projects into appropriate systems of record. You will analyze data in systems of record to determine reasons for cost overruns on project designs. You will perform studies, analyses, and recommend improvements to operating methods and initiate procedures to enhance the effectiveness and economy of the PDC Directorate. You will monitor budget execution progress and analyze any variances that occur in obligations or expenditure of funds to assure that funds are properly allocated and spent in a timely manner following management objectives. You will troubleshoot existing reports to improve the accuracy and reliability of these reports in coordination with appropriate systems of record.
