Position Summary

The Program Administrator, Startup Accelerator Program administers the functional execution of the NYU Leslie Entrepreneurial Institute’s research-to-market initiatives, most notably the Startup Accelerator Program. Facilitates the professional delivery of programs designed to transition ideas into startups. Orchestrates all phases of the program lifecycle, including the execution of application and selection processes, speaker and mentor engagement, and the implementation of founder onboarding and success frameworks. Serves as a primary liaison for the founder community, connecting academic researchers with the Institute’s entrepreneurial resources. In addition to program execution, oversees the day-to-day needs of the Leslie eLab, manages functional workflow improvements, and ensures the integrity of the Institute’s data collection and reporting processes.
