Professor, Welding (Belleville)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Associate Dean, with a flexible schedule and in‑person classes, the part‑time Professor will facilitate the delivery of courses within the above programming incorporating a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies, which are designed to successfully meet the needs of learners.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Teaches the course using best practices and adult education principles.
• Builds on developments syllabus and course material, based on the course outline and the existing teaching materials, which becomes part of the course teaching material used by future faculty.
• Ensures that course curricula are current, relevant, and reflective of best practices within the relevant professional/program disciplines.
