Patient Care & Clinical Excellence

+ Prepare patients for surgery in partnership with the Ambulatory Surgery Department
+ Assist with pre-operative pain blocks and ensure patient readiness for procedures
+ Deliver compassionate, relationship-based care that puts patients and families first
+ Develop and implement individualized care plans using a holistic approach
+ Use critical thinking to address clinical, safety, and emotional patient needs
+ Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
+ Maintain accurate, thorough documentation to support continuity of care
