Professional Specialist Sea Freight Export

Tasks

• Coordinate Sea Freight Export shipments from A-Z
• Communication with Customer, Carrier and Vendor
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Update all necessary export requirements on timely basis
• Follow the set KPI and SOP
• Comply with all regulations and guidelines
• Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (shipping lines, trucking companies, and otehrs)
• Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
• Track and trace shipments as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• 2 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding
• Good communication in English
• Sufficient experience in Sea Export process and overall handling (having other product experience like import will be a plus po...
