AECOM’s Cost Management team has an opportunity for a professional level Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join our successful team, based in Brisbane. The role will be working on a variety of building projects, across various market sectors. This role would suit a quantity surveyor, cost manager or estimator with buildings experience.

How you’ll make a difference:

• Take responsibility for quantity surveying and cost management services on a range of building projects across Southeast Queensland.
• Conduct take-offs, develop cost reports, interact with clients and manage projects independently.
• Support cost planning and estimating during the design and delivery phases, including quantity measurement from architectural and engineering drawings, cash flow forecasting, construction phase cost management, capital cost analysis, and life-cycle costing.
