- Must be registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect or Architectural Technologist.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Architect.

- Must have knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Must have excellent drawing skills.
- Must have knowledge of architectural design software.
- Must have project management experience.
