Major Responsibilities

Professional and Commercial Development

• Develop training modules and deliver quality education training programs, including lectures and workshops for eye care professionals (ECPs) in the Singapore market.
• Implement training materials development and rollout plans, which include:
• Conduct professional training on Hoya’s ophthalmic lenses and measuring equipment and tools.
• Provide communication skills training for Optometrists, Opticians, and Front-of-House teams.
• Follow-up communication post-training to monitor effectiveness and sustainability.
• Deliver periodic training sessions to individuals, small groups, or large groups of eye care professionals, either pre/post retail hours.
