Productmanager fulltime (Santa Cilla do Valadouro)

About the role

We're looking for a product manager who owns the problem, not just the backlog. You'll lead product strategy and execution end-to-end, building strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, and clinical teams, turning a messy space of patient needs, clinical constraints, and business goals into a clear, prioritized roadmap that ships.

What you will do

• Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, data, marketing, and clinical teams to build and improve products
• Know when the data is enough, and when to ship, learn, and iterate
• Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions and define success metrics
• Professional-level English: we read, write, and debate in it daily
• Work hybridly from our Madrid offices or remotely from anywhere in Spain
