Production Worker

**Job Overview**

We are hiring Assemblers to build components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on assembly work, using tools and machinery, and following instructions to meet quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble parts and components following work instructions
+ Load and position materials into machines and fixtures
+ Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
+ Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
+ Operate basic machinery safely
+ Perform repetitive tasks and rotate workstations as needed
+ Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs)

**Qualifications**

+ Experience with hand and power tools
+ Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
+ Ability to stand for an entire shift
+ Ability to follow basic instructions and processes
+ Strong attention to detail and reliability
