**Job Description**
This role involves working on a production line to load and unload parts, prepare products for cutting and powder coating, and support packaging and shipping activities while maintaining consistent quality and meeting production goals. You will contribute directly to a manufacturing process that produces durable, attractive, and environmentally conscious building products.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load and unload parts and products onto pallets in a safe and organized manner.
+ Prepare parts and products for cutting by measuring materials accurately to appropriate specifications.
+ Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating, ensuring correct identification and staging.
+ Perform general production and packaging tasks, including packing products securely for shipment.
