Production Worker

About the role:

Our client, based in Lidcombe, is a leading producer of fresh ingredients, ready-to-eat salads, and convenience foods supplied to some of Australia's biggest retailers.
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Production & Packing Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.

Shift Details:

• Morning and afternoon shifts available
• 5 - 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday
• Chilled work environment (1-4°C)
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 5-20 kg, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, portion, and seal ingredients to maintain product freshness
• Label, sort, and inspect products for quality assurance
• Operate food processing equipment including labelling machines and vegetable cutters
• Trim and sort vegetables using safe knife-handling techniques
