**Schedule:**
+ Monday–Friday, 12-hour shifts
+ Mandatory overtime on Saturdays when needed
+ **Day Shift:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ($15/hr)
+ **Night Shift:** 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ($16/hr)
**Work Environment:**
+ Temperature-controlled facility (50–60°F)
+ Fast-paced, food production and assembly
**Physical Demands:**
+ Continuous, repetitive heavy lifting—up to 100 lbs (4–6 times per hour)
+ Stand for entire 12-hour shift
+ Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
