**Job Description**
This role focuses on operating and supporting CNC production processes by loading and unloading metal components, inspecting parts, and removing imperfections using hand and power tools. You will work on your feet for the full shift in a repetitive, process-driven environment, ensuring machines run smoothly and finished products meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load knives and other metal objects into CNC machines according to established procedures.
+ Monitor CNC machines during operation to ensure they run properly and safely.
+ Unload finished or partially finished parts from machines and stage them for further processing.
+ Inspect parts visually and with basic tools to identify impurities, defects, or irregularities.
+ Use various hand tools and power tools to grind down impurities and deburr metal components.
