**Job Description**
This short-term Production Worker role supports a metal expanding department by packing metal products, such as chicken wire, into plastic sleeves, labeling them, and preparing them for shipment. The assignment is expected to last 2–4 weeks, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance. The role requires consistent, hands-on work in an industrial environment and involves lifting up to 30 pounds.

**Responsibilities**

+ Pack chicken wire and related metal products into plastic sleeves accurately and efficiently.
+ Label packaged products clearly and correctly according to production and shipping requirements.
+ Place labeled products into boxes and prepare them for storage or shipment.
+ Operate basic machinery and equipment safely as needed within the metal expanding department.
