The role of Production Welder:

• Reading fabrication drawings
• Welding various thicknesses of mild steel (1mm–15mm)
• Setting welding machines
• Identifying any possible issues with profiles
• Grinding and polishing finished goods
• Maintaining attention to detail throughout

The ideal Production Welder:

• Previous MIG welding experience in a production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
