This hands-on role supports production, processing, packaging, and sanitation operations while helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality dairy manufacturing. This position also serves as a backup to Production Leadership when needed.
Responsibilities
- Support production, processing, and packaging operations
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Assist with changeovers and equipment setup
- Perform sanitation and CIP procedures
- Move raw materials and finished products
