Production Technician (up to $3500 basic + $500 allw + Bonus, Wdls)

• Working hours: Mon‑Fri, Fixed Shifts (7.30am to 4.30pm, 3.30pm to 12.30am, 11.30pm to 8.30am)
• Location: Woodlands

• Lead timely completion of production plans while maintaining and improving workmanship standards.
• Report shift production status and progress.
• Drive and participate in lean and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering on product development, high‑volume activities, and quality issue resolution.
• Support New Product Introduction builds.
• Interpret engineering prints, specifications, schematics, and manuals for assembly tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls using tools such as multimeters and amp meters.
