What You'll Be Doing (full training provided): Materials reception - acceptance and testing of raw materials as well as stock management. Fermentation Runs - Monitor, operate, and document yeast fermentation processes on a daily basis to include vessel preparation / setup, inoculation, control and cleaning Record and summarize data trends on fermentation process operations.
