We are recruiting for a Production Technician for our Specialty Polymers and Resins manufacturing site in Newton Aycliffe.
You will be working in-line with company procedures and SHE standards, to efficiently and safely meet company quality and production requirements. Daily activities will involve operating and monitoring the plant to ensure safe, efficient production and identifying any production issues and preparing equipment for maintenance. You will need to have a strong team working mentality, communication skills to report handovers and issues to the Production Shift Manager and problem-solving qualities to be able to get to the cause of any issue. The shift pattern is 12-hour shifts covering 24/7 operations as part of a small production shift team. About you?
