**Role Summary**

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Technician to build small electronic and mechanical parts. This role involves cable assembly, soldering, and basic testing work. You will follow drawings and instructions and work as part of a small, friendly production team in a clean, first‑shift environment.

**What You Will Do**

+ Assemble small electronic and mechanical parts using hand tools
+ Build cable harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, routing, and soldering wires
+ Perform soldering on electronic parts and cables (fine, detailed work)
+ Work with fiber‑optic components when required
+ Read and follow electrical and mechanical drawings and work instructions
+ Measure and check parts using calipers, gauges, and tape measures
+ Test assemblies using meters, cable testers, and pull testers
+ Enter basic production and test data into the computer
