Production Technician II

Position Purpose

The Production Technician 2 is responsible for assembling and wiring control systems and lifting equipment, specifically controllers and hoists, using technical diagrams to convert components into functional, tested products. This role is an individual contributor position that emphasizes precise execution and dependable output, with an added responsibility of mentoring and training new employees. By delivering reliable equipment on time, you enable production teams and end users to Create Moments that Move People, ensuring seamless installations, effective lifting operations, and smooth customer experiences. Operating at a tactical and operational level within a local or regional manufacturing site, the role carries responsibility for final assembly accuracy, workflow contribution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
