**Position Overview**

The Production Technician I is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting a variety of production equipment and systems. This role ensures timely technical assistance, upholds safety and compliance standards, and contributes to team morale while maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

**Responsibilities**


+ **Preventative & Corrective Maintenance:** Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
+ **Technical Support Response:** Respond promptly to technical support calls to ensure rapid problem resolution. Accurately log all support calls and work details in the technician tracking system (e.g., RPM).
