Job Description

To strengthen our Manufacturing Team at STA Technologies, we are looking for a
Production Technician 
ROLE
Assist in development, scale-up and production of powders and other Security based products. Conduct operational assignments and procedures for powder and tag production. Work under general supervision and guidance. Some shift work required.
Operating, maintaining, cleaning and troubleshooting of proprietary production equipment.

Recipe formulation, powder production and thermal post processing for a variety of powders materials/products.

Wet chemistry-based synthesis of unique taggant materials.

Consistent quality for long run material campaigns. 

Flexibility to shift between high volume manufacturing mind-set and one-off research & development (R&D) sample generation.

Equipment maintenance and high operating efficiency while ensuring highest quality, safety, and security standards ...
