Main Responsibilities Perform production line setups and changeovers Execute tool changes and configure extrusion equipment Set up auxiliary equipment (ers, driller units, coilers) Optimize machine performance to meet OEE targets (Performance, Availability, Scrap) Ensure production lines meet technical and output requirements Input order and parameter specifications into MES Assist with production planning and scheduling in SAP Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis Respond to breakdowns and support repairs to reduce downtime Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and maintain HSE protocols Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement proj...
