Production Team Leader

Lead department in efficiency, safety and quality operations while upholding company policies.
Maintain all related documentation, production reporting, and all logs.

Schedule work and production requirements for department.

Record and control all scrap.

Maintain running inventory of materials.

Maintain high efficiency rate within department.

Control all aspects of department.

Control and monitor morale.

Continuous improvement of department.

Monitor customer feedback and all other key objectives.

Support and enforce all Company policies and procedures.

Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.

Ensure safe operations.

Will ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.

Administer performance reviews.

Support all TS Tech Indiana quality requirements.

All other duties as assigned.
