Production Team Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date production reports and being in hourly contact with direct reports to ensure compliance with daily production requirements. Reports the results of the recently completed shift and ensures the following shift has the necessary information to follow up on pending tasks.
Executes production plans and schedules according to established timelines.
Manages assigned personnel and sets objectives for the team.
Establishes priorities and adjustments in conjunction with the Production Supervisor, based on the weekly production schedule. Works directly on the production line to reinforce operations if there is a shortage of operators, machines, and/or materials.
Records the efficiency of assigned personnel and provides them with feedback on their performance.
Ensures the implementation of 5S in the area under their responsibility.
