Production Team Leader

Overview The Production Team Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned shift. This includes associate training and work assignments, safety, quality, productivity, and all associated administrative activities. Responsibilities Works in conjunction with the Facilities & Safety team on all safety aspects related to the production of products. Ensures that all safety policies are being adhered to and that associates are working safely and actively engaged in the safety program. Works in conjunction with the Quality Assurance team on all quality aspects related to the production of quality products. Ensures that all quality monitoring is being conducted and that products produced meet all quality standards. Supervises associates in the performance of daily operations.
