As a Production Team Leader you are responsible for your section and team within the company. Your tasks as a Production Team Leader:

- Leading a team of approximately 10-20 employees;

- Coaching and supporting the team;

- Preparing production and staffing schedules;

- Collaborating with various internal and external parties;

- Organizing work meetings on the production floor;

- Managing the achievement of results and objectives using LEAN methodology;

- Proposing and implementing improvement initiatives.
