Production team leader

Our client in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities: Management of the production team Responsible for daily reports and taking required action when targets are not met. Scrap management and quality supervision. Knowledge and adherence to H&S/HR procedures and regulations Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in the production process. Assist with WIP/Sorts

Minimum Requirements: Technical Diploma/Qualification Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Advanced Excel skills Must be willing to work shifts.
