Production Team Leader

PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Production Team Leader placed in Bekasi. This position will be responsible for production process efficiency, workers and food safety, GMP, planning & realization, safety , Project, Continuous Improvement and also people development.

This position is a 12-month contract role and will require working in shifts.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all activities of the production process in order to run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost (RM-PM), GMP, 5R/5S
2. Responsible for achieving production plan as per planning targets
3. Ensure using Raw and Packaging Material as per standard and maintain stock in accordance to the Shop Order (SO)
