Production Team Leader (2nd Shift (2 pm to 12 am))

**What you will do –**

Join our team as a Production Team Leader in Assembly - 2nd shift (Onsite) We are seeking a hands-on people leader to manage a team of 40+ associates, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence on our production floor. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while also supporting team building, employee engagement, new product launches, and effective capacity and production planning.

+ Lead and develop a team of 40+ associates, promoting engagement, teamwork, and accountability.
+ Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
