Production Team Lead

Job Description
An Insight Global client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee and support a team of production operators on either the day or night shift. This individual will work closely with the Shift Supervisor or Foreman to execute daily production schedules, assign labor, monitor output, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, coaching teams, and keeping production running smoothly.
Responsibilities
 • Lead and support a team of production operators during the assigned shift
 • Coordinate with the Day Shift Supervisor or Night Shift Foreman to meet production goals
 • Assign and reassign operators throughout the shift based on production needs
