**Pay:** $23/hour | 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule | 6AM – 6PM

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to oversee operations in our state-of-the-art freeze-dried room. **What You’ll Do:**


+ Lead, motivate, and support your production team in the freeze-dried room
+ Manage digital systems to monitor workflow and track progress
+ Ensure safety, cleanliness, and top product quality are maintained
+ Collaborate with other departments for seamless production
+ Troubleshoot minor production issues and maintain accurate records
