Production Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production targets and ensure operators are achieving daily output metrics.
• Monitor product quality and packaging per RPO specifications.
• Train, guide, and support production staff; manage workloads and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of production, waste, and damaged goods.
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE).
• Keep work areas clean and organized; ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Participate in Health & Safety audits and committee meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Participate in safety audits and report incidents promptly.
• Order supplies and assist with equipment maintenance as needed.
