Production Support - Global Risk

Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line production support for Fixed Income Cross Asset, Collateral Management, and Risk systems across multiple asset classes. IT Application Support for Fixed Income Cross Asset systems, Global Risk Data Warehouse, and Market Risk and Credit Risk applications, ensuring stability and service continuity. Act as a key point of contact for traders and risk managers on operational issues, functional queries, and change requests. Analyze issues/production incidents to determine business and technical impact, and define effective remediation strategies and work with stakeholders for resolution. Lead incident management end to end, including triage, escalation, coordination, and closure in line with governance requirements. Oversee problem management, change/release deployment, environment governance, and automation initiatives to reduce operational toil and improve efficiency.
