Requirements Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS) Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java Python Node.js Experience in L1 & L2 Production Support Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, ELK Knowledge of incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
