Production Support Analyst

The role is a Fixed Income & Rates Technology Specialist supporting mission-critical front-office trading platforms during LATAM trading hours (GMT-6). The position combines Production Support, QA Testing, and L2 Engineering, with primary focus on live trading support and secondary involvement in testing and engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front-office production support for Fixed Income products (Bonds, Swaps, Inflation-linked instruments).

Act as the main point of contact for traders and business users, owning incidents from triage through resolution.

Perform root cause analysis across the full trade lifecycle and implement workarounds during live trading.

Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing, including P&L and risk validation.

Manage defects and test cases using Jira / Xray.

Support application delivery, minor enhancements, bug fixes, and proactive monitoring.
