Locations Pocahontas, AR 72455, USA Description Direct supervisor of assigned line production staff (approximately 20-65). Verify daily & weekly payroll time sheets for all employees in the department as assigned. Responsible for daily and weekly paperwork such as but not limited to: attendance; vacation requests; disciplinary action; yield & production reporting. Be familiar with the various types of machinery in the assigned Department. Ensure that all product produced is of the highest level and standard of quality. Physically inspect products for both natural occurring and processing defects. Comply with all written corporate safety and plant policies. Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies. Follow the written specification for packaging and labeling of products.
