 An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Production Supervisor to join this dynamic team at a leading temperature-controlled panel van conversion business located just 15 miles SE of York in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor.
 
  About the role
  As the Production Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in leading this talented team of vehicle body builders, laminators, auto-electricians and installers. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
 Overseeing production processes, ensuring our exacting standards are consistently met
 Guiding the design, development, and update processes for vehicle conversions
 Engaging in customer interactions during build, sign-off processes, and post-sale engagements
