Production Supervisor - Welding Operations

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations with primary oversight of MIG, TIG, and robotic welding processes. This role ensures production schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery commitments are consistently met. The Supervisor will work closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and downstream operations to maintain throughput and support continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capability, hands‐on welding process knowledge, and the ability to manage a fast‐paced, high‐mix or high‐volume production environment.
