Production Supervisor

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a full‑time Production Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have passion and knowledge for all things cooking and will assist with overseeing daily production operations, including overseeing production clerks’ performance, product quality and consistency, and food safety.

• Supervise production clerks to ensure consistent delivery of excellent products, optimizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Follow daily production workflow and ensure products are prepared timely for both locations.
• Support the production of meat and deli in‑house products, following recipes to ensure standards and quality are met and accurate every time.
• Oversee equipment basic maintenance, ensuring equipment is kept clean, operated safely and any maintenance concerns are reported promptly.
