Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

As a Production Supervisor reporting to the Plant Manager at Tilbury, you will supervise all hourly production employees on their assigned shift and manage indirect staff including Skilled Trades, Quality, and Logistics departments. The role requires working a 3-shift, 2-week rotation schedule.

• Orientate, train, mentor, and provide leadership to employees.
• Ensure work is completed timely and in compliance with MAHLE standards.
• Direct and manage indirect staff in skilled trades, quality, stockroom, shipping, and receiving areas.
• Communicate with employees to address shift issues.
• Analyze and manage key performance metrics (production, scrap, downtime, rework, utilization, etc.).
• Accurately process and approve daily time and attendance records via Dayforce in alignment with Company policy and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
